🐟 Fish Preparation Specialist / Fish Butcher/ Kitchen Assistant 🐟 📍 Multiple Locations Available: - Great World MRT (TE14) - Orchard MRT (NS22) - Promenade MRT (DT15) 💰 Fish Preparation Specialist Salary: $2,330 + $65 Allowance + Overtime Pay 💰 Kitchen assistant Salary :$2150 + $300 Allowance + Overtime Pay 💵 Overtime payable after 44 working hours per week ⏰ Working Hours Monday to Sunday - 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM OR - 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM 📅 Rest Days 4 days per month (Monday to Friday) 🏢 About the Company A popular grilled fish food stall located in shopping malls, specializing in fresh seafood and grilled fish dishes. 📋 Job Responsibilities - Prepare, clean, and process various types of fish and seafood - Fillet fish, remove bones and scales efficiently - Perform cutting, trimming, and portioning according to company standards - Arrange and present seafood products attractively - Operate and clean knives, cutting tools, and preparation equipment - Monitor stock levels and manage inventory properly - Ensure product freshness, quality, and sufficient daily supply - Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times ✅ Requirements - Experienced in fish preparation, filleting, deboning, and seafood processing - Skilled in using knives and fish-cutting equipment - Strong knowledge of fish-cutting techniques - Able to stand for long hours during work - Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate - Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment 🎁 Benefits ✔ Overtime Pay Available ✔ Annual Leave and Medical Leave after confirmation ✔ Stable employment with established company ✔ Salary increment opportunities for good performance ✔ Career growth opportunities 📩 Interested applicants are welcome to
