Your role As a Client Operations Intern, you will join our investment office and support the team across a broad range of client service, operational, and administrative activities. You will: Support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Client Services team; Maintain accurate records and ensure information is consistently updated across internal systems and documentation; Assist with client onboarding, documentation management, and regulatory processes; Coordinate and track operational workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time; Provide general administrative and project support across a range of client service and business operations activities. What we are looking for.... We are looking for someone with the right mindset to thrive in a fast-moving environment: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Reliable and conscientious, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Hard-working and resilient, comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities. Proactive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately. Previous experience balancing studies with work, extracurricular activities, or other commitments is considered a plus. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
