THE JOB The Venue Operations Assistant is to assist with the excellent care of House of Blues, its infrastructure and appearance. From day-to-day maintenance, to coordinating contractors, compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting continuous improvement strategies, the role is to ensure our venue is presented at the highest standard. The Venue Operations Assistant will conduct daily and weekly routine checks; identify and manage basic repairs; Ensure all areas are clean, tidy and well presented; Ensure highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene practices; supervise deliveries; Communicate plans for improvements and repairs to the facilities manager; effectively interface with venue management, visitors, contractors, clients and Company head office; provide event oversight for facilities department.
