Salesforce Administrator

Are you a Salesforce expert who enjoys challenging the status quo and finding smarter ways to help a business succeed? We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator based in Sydney to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and help drive the next stage of its evolution. This isn't a role for someone who simply maintains Salesforce. We're looking for someone who is curious, innovative and commercially minded-someone who can identify opportunities, recommend better ways of working, and unlock more value from the platform. Working three days a week, you'll initially partner with an external Salesforce consultancy on a platform clean-up and restructure before taking full ownership of the environment, driving continuous improvement, governance, user adoption and future enhancements across the business. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thinking outside the box, influencing stakeholders and turning ideas into practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
