Production Operator

Responsibilities

• The types of work you'll do:
• Equipment Operation - Running and monitoring automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines and assembly equipment
• Quality Control - Performing visual inspections, testing, and quality checks on assembled circuit boards
• Material Handling - Managing component inventory, kitting parts, and maintaining organized workstation areas
• Process Optimization - Following standard operating procedures and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency
• Machine Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with technical teams
• Documentation - Recording production data, tracking metrics, and maintaining accurate work logs
• Safety Compliance - Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

• Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or working with automated equipment. Technical training or certifications in manufacturing or electronics are a plus but not required.
