Closing date: 3rd July 2026 (11.59pm) Interview dates: TBA Salary: £31,613 - £36,698 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working) Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday The Role As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing and progressing regulatory casework from initial assessment through to resolution. Working closely with legal and regulatory colleagues, you will assist with investigations, prepare case documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to hearings where required. The role offers a varied workload, combining legal analysis, case management and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced and highly professional setting. The successful applicant will: Conduct a thorough investigation of complex cases: interview witnesses and draft witness statements, draft allegations and prepare evidence bundles, complete regular risk assessments, and make a recommendation as to the future progress of the case.Support lawyers in the team with the preparation of cases before statutory committees and potentially, present cases themselves.Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including registrants and their representatives, whilst always delivering good customer care.Monitor and proactively manage their caseload.Maintain up to date knowledge of developments in FtP regulatory case law and best practice.Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
