University degree in chemistry or engineering field Minimum 5 years industrial experience, with minimum 3 years in management role Knowledge of paint technology will be added advantage Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 is essential Knowledge of LEAN/6 SIGMA/any other continuous improvement methodology Strong oral/written communication and presentation skill Fluency in English Can you balance ambition with care for your colleagues?
