Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead technical execution for new implementations, complex enhancements and global rollouts.
  • Architectural Integrity: Design and build solutions using platform best practices ensuring configurations are upgrade-safe and Instance Scan compliant.

  • Quality & Support: Drive delivery quality through unit testing, defect resolution during SIT/UAT, and expert support during release/go-live windows.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify platform optimization opportunities and document solution options with clear pros/cons and risk assessments.
  • Must-Have Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience within consulting or large enterprise environments.
  • Full Lifecycle Experience: Proven track record of delivering ServiceNow engagements from requirements gathering through to deployment.
  • Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, security/ACLs, performance optimization and upgrade-safe development patterns.
  • Scoped Applications: Extensive experience developing within scoped environments and managing cross-scope dependencies.
  • Multi-Module Depth: Implementation experience across at least 2 product areas: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM/ITBM, IRM/GRC, ITOM, SecOps or Custom Apps.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong JavaScript skills and deep experience with both server-side and client-side ServiceNow scripting.
  • Agile Proficiency: Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum delivery model with a high degree of independence.

Requirements

  • Modern UI: Experience with UI Builder and Configurable Workspaces.
  • DevOps: Exposure to IntegrationHub, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and CI/CD toolchains.
  • Certifications (Preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • CIS in one or more modules (example: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM)

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead technical delivery for ServiceNow implementation engagements and high-impact platform enhancements. In this role, you will own the end-to-end technical lifecycle - from initial build and unit testing to release support. You will play a pivotal role in evolving the platform including the implementation and governance of Now Assist features to drive enterprise-wide productivity.
