About the role

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Cross-Market Overall Planning Formulate medium and long-term supply chain strategies for domestic China market and cross-border export supply chain to Singapore, aligned with Micun's nationwide store expansion in China and overseas store rollout schedule in Singapore; build a coordinated dual-region supply network. Oversee network layout of domestic central kitchens, regional distribution warehouses and Singapore local cold chain warehouses, matching storage and distribution demands of all SKUs including pre-made bibimbap sauce, pickled cabbages, frozen diced beef, rice and packaging materials. Balance cost structures of two supply chain systems, covering domestic bulk purchasing cost, sea/air freight between China and Singapore, customs clearance charges and Singapore GST as well as local replenishment cost in Singapore; set annual targets for cost reduction, material loss and inventory turnover. Collaborate with the R&D team to design full-chain supply solutions for new products (bibimbap, ready-to-cook dishes, side snacks), including domestic mass production planning, pre-audit of export compliance, evaluation of local alternative ingredients in Singapore and stock preparation plans for store trial sales. Develop supply chain opening plans for new stores: warehouse & distribution layout for domestic outlets; full-container shipment arrangement for Singapore flagship/new stores, phased delivery of opening materials and contingency plans for ad-hoc local replenishment. Establish a unified KPI system covering both markets, including on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover, food material loss rate, customs clearance efficiency, qualified rate of food safety sampling inspection, stockout rate and overall total landed cost. 2. Demand Planning & Dual-region Inventory Control Domestic China Market Consolidate sales data from all domestic stores, holiday schedules and promotion calendars to conduct rolling weekly & monthly demand forecasting; generate production schedules for central kitchens and replenishment plans for regional warehouses. Set tiered safety stock levels for rice, sauces, frozen semi-finished products and fresh vegetables; optimize Just-in-Time replenishment to cut waste of near-expiry materials and slow-moving inventory. Administer domestic WMS inventory system, organize regular stocktaking, drive discount clearance and internal allocation of near-expiry/slow-selling ingredients, and control the overall loss rate within Micun's standard (≤3%). Cross-border Singapore Market (Exclusive Responsibilities) Develop monthly full-container export stock plans in advance based on Singapore store sales data, sea transit cycle (20-35 days) and SFA customs clearance lead time; maintain buffer inventory to avoid stockouts. Implement two-tier supply strategy:Long-cycle goods exported from China: bibimbap sauce, pickled vegetables, frozen pre-cooked meat, dry goods and packaging materials delivered via full sea containers;Instant local replenishment in Singapore: fresh leafy greens and short-shelf-life ingredients; source local alternative suppliers to ease cross-border inventory pressure. Manage inventory in Singapore local cold chain warehouses with separate storage zones for frozen (-18°C), chilled and dry goods; build cross-border inventory early warning mechanism and synchronize stock data with China headquarters. Coordinate two-way stock allocation between China and Singapore: assess whether compliant slow-moving semi-finished products from China can be shipped to Singapore; design local promotion schemes to consume near-expiry ingredients in Singapore. 3. Procurement & Full Lifecycle Management of Suppliers for Both Markets Domestic Supplier Management Source, onboard and audit core domestic raw material suppliers of Micun, including rice manufacturers, sauce factories, frozen semi-finished food plants, Yanbian pickled vegetable producers, freeze-dried vegetable suppliers, packaging factories and third-party co-packing central kitchens. Negotiate annual bulk purchasing terms and sign annual supply framework agreements; control unit purchase price, payment terms, minimum order quantity and emergency replenishment clauses. Conduct monthly supplier performance assessment covering on-time delivery rate, qualified rate of food material inspection, customer complaints and production flexibility; phase out unqualified vendors and develop backup manufacturers. Manage domestic third-party cold chain logistics providers and regional distribution contractors via tendering, quotation comparison and performance evaluation.
