Head of Conveyancing

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front inspire, mentor and energise a large conveyancing team to hit targets and deliver exceptional client experiences
• Own the operation oversee day-to-day performance, workload management and resourcing to keep everything running smoothly
• Drive consistency by ensure all teams work to agreed structures, processes and best practice
• Champion improvement by embed a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Deliver insight produce clear, impactful performance and operational reports for senior leadership
• Stay compliant - ensure regulatory requirements are met without compromising service or efficiency

Requirements

• A proven track record leading teams in a conveyancing or legal environment
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulatory standards
• A confident communicator who can influence, motivate and bring people with them
• A strategic mindset paired with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A genuine passion for developing people and delivering an exceptional customer journey
