Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Ensure Compliance: Maintains accountability for shift-level productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance. Proactively ensures operational readiness for audits and inspections, leveraging AI systems for real-time compliance monitoring and reporting to uphold Empower's high regulatory standards.
• Operational Excellence
• Continuous Improvement: Leads LEAN initiatives and supports the rollout of new technologies or policies. Guides the team through change adoption with minimal disruption, employing AI-assisted change management strategies to facilitate efficient transitions and improve overall service quality.
• Resolve Challenges: Serves as the primary escalation point, resolving operational challenges and customer concerns. Utilizes AI-driven insights to anticipate potential issues and implement solutions swiftly, ensuring alignment with Empower's mission and maintaining high service standards.
• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
