Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a growth, lifecycle, or product-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Have a creative approach to problem-solving - demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
- Self-starting, fast-moving, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Sigma or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $125,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
- In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
