Adventist Outpatient Imaging seeks to hire an experienced Breast/Mammography Operations Managers for our Rockville, MD who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Breast/Mammography Operations Manager you will: - Coordinate, in conjunction with the physician leader and Director of Operations and Business Development, the human resource functions for clinical staff including hiring, performance evaluation and counseling. - Determines the composition and scheduling of staff to assure the delivery of effective and cost-efficient care. - Provides day-to-day operational supervision of a team of administrative, technical, and/or clinical (non-provider) employees. Includes working in collaboration with Administrator to interview, hire, terminate, discipline, manage performance, etc. of non-provider team members. - Work with Director to coordinate workflow, standardized processes, and manage efficient operations. - Able support clinically team member with procedures and processes. Will support with organizational growth of Outpatient Imaging centers. - Required to travel to all current outpatient imaging offices - Provides clear guidance and support with structured processes and procedures across the board in - Provides guidance and support to team members to efficiently do their job responsibilities. - Coordinates operational needs/requirements of office to include but not limited to maintain machines and equipment; to procure office and medical supplies, equipment, phone service, IT support, etc - Assists in providing information for budget justification, and maintains reports and records needed to account for utilization of funds. - Manage all Supply need for the offices. - Develops, evaluates, recommends and implements methods to improve the processing of the work of the office and utilization of personnel and equipment. - Will manage all equipment operations, downtime of the Equipment's and create PO for Services for offices. - Manage all clinic patients assist and create process for Clinics patients and work with the team to give clear direction on scheduling and proper billing. - Supports departmental leadership in decision making by providing data and benchmark information to assess capital equipment ability to meet departmental needs. Participates in strategic planning activities to develop a plan for future capital equipment. - Identify and track new business opportunities - Develops, revises and implements standards and policies for operational aspects of OP Imaging patient care goals and objectives. - Demonstrates understanding of how to facilitate and promote a cultural change in an organization - Participate in hiring process of new team members which includes interviews, panel interview, interactions, etc. - Champion AHC OP Imaging culture, identify and propose innovative ways to enhance the employee experience - Responsible for all system upgrades/testing etc. as it relates to Patient Access computer programs (i.e.; electronic scheduling book, registration functions, etc.) - Build programs that serve as a pipeline for imaging referrals. - Participate in hiring process of new OP Imaging team members which includes interviews, panel interview, interactions, etc. - Familiarity with Press Ganey and patient satisfaction survey results. - Uphold the values and customer service standards of the organization. - Ability to work under pressure and balance many competing priorities. - Responsible Front desk team members and their processes. - Other duties as assigned and/or needed. Qualifications include: - B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited university in a business, healthcare or related field of study required. Master's Degree in related field preferred. - Strong leadership and consensus building skills with minimum of five years supervisory experience in healthcare - Minimum of five or more years of experience in Imaging; Mammography modality preferred. - ARRT R.T. (R) required; ARRT (M) strongly preferred. - Experience working with MagView and Hologic strongly preferred. - Skilled in QC and Procedures - Experience overseeing regulatory compliance and accreditation standards within breast imaging services, including knowledge of American College of Radiology (ACR) and Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) requirements preferred - Skilled in QC and Procedures - Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. - Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. - Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications. - Ability to work independently and handle a multi-task environment. - Strong organizational skills. - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Performs all other duties as assigne
