Analyst, Finance Planning

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling to support business decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and overall financial performance.
• Support monthly close, reporting, and management review processes with timely and accurate analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes, reporting, and workflows.
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and automation solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate , or similar technologies.
• Work with large and complex datasets to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and decision support capabilities.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and operational reviews as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• C urious and driven individual with a strong learning agility . Good understanding of operational and finance processes within a manufacturing or operations environment is an advantage.
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive simplification initiatives.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SQL, Python, or Power Platform tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing discussions through data-driven insights.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills .
