Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling to support business decision-making.

Requirements

- 3-5+ years of experience in Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- C urious and driven individual with a strong learning agility . Good understanding of operational and finance processes within a manufacturing or operations environment is an advantage.
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive simplification initiatives.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SQL, Python, or Power Platform tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing discussions through data-driven insights.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills .
