About the role

As a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by: Planning and processing outbound shipments from the United States, ensuring all documentation and quotations meet regulatory and trade compliance requirements. Coordinating order-to-shipment execution, including shipment scheduling and alignment with customer delivery requirements. Reviewing demand variances and ensuring accurate demand signals are reflected in ERP/MRP systems. Partnering with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Project Management and Commercial teams to support customer commitments. Acting as a logistics advisor on customs, incoterms and route changes, ensuring compliant outbound finished goods movements. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations with working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. Understanding of import/export regulations, customs processes and global trade compliance. Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
