Cross-border Payments Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, remittance, payments, or banking; with at least 2 years focused on cross-border or international money movement .
• Strong understanding of payment systems, FX, compliance (AML/KYC), and settlement processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Data-driven mindset; able to interpret data to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Brazil or emerging markets.
• Familiarity with blockchain or crypto-based payment rails.
• Experience integrating with third-party PSPs, banks, or global remittance networks.
• Working knowledge of real-time payment systems.
