Requirements

Additional Information
Leads and executes audits and reviews (operational, financial, compliance) of systems and processes, with an emphasis on internal controls and business processes for multiple business locations globally. Audits address key risk exposures for the Company. Specifically, leads and executes audits by planning and scoping, conducting audit opening / closing / status meetings, executing audit programs, conducting interviews, and testing, documenting findings, making recommendations, preparing and reviewing work papers, assisting audit management in determining audit opinions, and writing and reviewing findings and audit reports. Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, adherence to established policies and procedures, and regulatory guidance and conduct tests in accordance with Corteva's audit methodology. Use professional judgement to scope appropriate risks for inclusion in audit program based on identified risks, or emerging trends. Discusses irregularities, exceptions, issues, and deficiencies discovered during the audit with management and escalate unresolved differences timely. Utilizes judgment and experience to assess the associated risk of the issues as to impact on conclusions, SOX 404 deficiency classification, and overall audit opinions. Identifies and develops relevant data analyses, data visualization, and / or continuous auditing / monitoring opportunities. Drives performance of analytics solutions to impact audit scope, driving efficiencies in the audit process. Serves as a 'business partner' to make relevant process improvement recommendations in areas that may increase operational efficiency or effectiveness. This role involves interaction with leadership within Finance, functions, and the business.
