About the role
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Project Manager - Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including construction supervision, engineering, commercial, and project controls personnel

- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and key performance metrics to senior management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, including significant experience in construction supervision and project management roles
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, transportation, water, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction supervision practices, contract administration, and project controls
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable
- GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous
