Kitchen Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
• Provide effective instruction and supervision to site cleaners to ensure the delivery of daily operations across required areas
• Coordinate, assign, and manage tasks and work assignments
• Plan and deliver schedules for specific needs, such as periodic cleaning timetables, by utilizing available manpower and equipment
• Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Island-wide deployment required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities services/management, hospitality, or commercial sectors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and persuasive skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive work attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team
