About this Role Vogois seeking a Growth Marketer to help shape the growth trajectory of VacationRenter's digital user acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact position where you'll own strategy, execution, and optimization across a wide range of digital marketing channels. Your primary mission: drive high-quality traffic and ultimately convert users into loyal travelers. You'll lead initiatives to identify new digital channels to test as well as lead optimization and expansion of existing non-SEM performance marketing channels. In the near future, you will also drive mobile app downloads and activations via channels such as Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Meta. You'll partner closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to build scalable acquisition funnels, optimize conversion events, and ensure full-funnel tracking and attribution. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced start up environments, loves experimentation, and can think both strategically and tactically. You should bring a strong analytical mindset, creative testing instincts, and a passion for building performance marketing programs that move the needle. This role is ideal for a self-starter who's excited to take ownership, test aggressively, and help shape how millions of users find and book their next vacation. This role will report directly to the Head of Growth. This is a full-time hybrid position, based in Dallas.
