- Manage all aspects of the FIT/leisure travel market segment, including consortia, wholesale, and boutique travel agencies.

- Collaborate with revenue, reservations, front office, and marketing to ensure successful execution of leisure and travel programs.
- Strategic Sales Planning
- Work with the Director of Sales + Marketing to establish sales goals, develop action plans, and implement targeted promotions and packages.
- Monitor account production and performance, generating reports to guide strategic focus.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely updates for all client interactions.
