About the role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation services across a broad range of commercial assets, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of property valuation techniques, market analysis, and the ability to interpret complex property data. Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior team members. Hybrid Working: Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements, managing your time between the office and remote work effectively. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring the quality and accuracy of valuation reports. About You MRICS qualified (essential) Proven experience within commercial valuations, ideally within a consultancy environment Strong technical knowledge of the UK property market and RICS Valuation - Global Standards (Red Book) Excellent report writing and analytical skills Commercially aware with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
