That's why we're looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst who's a natural problem solver, a strong collaborator, and someone who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Your main focus will be building dashboards and reports based on data from our business applications. You'll ensure that data across systems is structured, reliable, and useful for reporting and decision-making. You'll support daily operations, improve existing solutions, and contribute to new implementations. The long-term goal - to become the go-to person for data and reporting within the team. In this role you will Be responsible for data and reporting across business applications (ERP, HR, and other systems). Manage and develop SQL views in the ERP system, supporting financial reporting and improving underlying data structures. Work with SOQL queries to extract and analyze data from Salesforce. Maintain and expand the Data Lakehouse, including integrations from ERP and other systems. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, combining data from multiple sources into clear insights. Structure, clean, and integrate historical and legacy data into centralized models. Collaborate with teams across the company to understand needs and translate them into data solutions. Support implementation projects, define requirements, and ensure a data-driven approach. Test system changes and new functionalities to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Maintain and improve data integrations to ensure reliable data flow. Keep documentation and data logic clear, structured, and up to date.
