About the role

As an IPS Retention Employment Specialist, you will support people with mental health challenges to stay in and succeed in paid employment. You will provide personalised advice, practical workplace support, and ongoing guidance to help individuals overcome barriers and sustain their employment. Key Duties Provide one-to-one support to help clients retain employment. Work with employers and clients to resolve workplace issues.
