Position: Quantity Surveyor Location: Tuas Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 12pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,000 + OT Payable + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Construction Main Responsibilities: Handle pre- and post-contract QS duties for construction projects Prepare BOQ, take-off quantities, tender submissions, and quotations Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Manage variation orders, progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts Liaise with construction, design, contracts, and tender teams on RFQ and project matters Track project cost changes and update budget projections accordingly Review drawings, costing, and monthly claims to ensure timely project delivery Ensure compliance with Singapore SMM rules and PSSCOC contract requirements Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
