We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Master Data team as a Lead. This role is designed to bridge the gap between day-to-day master data execution and broader project management needs. We're looking for someone with an analytical mindset to help us develop stronger controls, remediate issues, and lead projects with multiple stakeholders. Master Data partners with every department in the company: Retail Operations, Retail Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, IT, Accounting, and Finance. This creates a high volume of competing priorities. The Lead Associate will work closely with the Director, Supply Chain Process, Systems, and Data to help manage that complexity by breaking large projects into clear, executable steps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
