About the role
As a Rewards Manager, Leave & Disability, you will provide subject matter expertise and operational oversight for leave of absence (LOA) and disability programs across North America. You will work within the People function, partnering closely with People Partners, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless, compliant, and employee-centric delivery of leave programs. This role offers the opportunity to influence policy interpretation, lead vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement in case management standards while supporting a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end administration of leave of absence and disability cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency
- Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive cases, applying judgment and policy interpretation
- Provide guidance and direction to leave administrators on case handling, priorities, and best practices
- Monitor and manage vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, driving improvements where needed
- Maintain oversight of leave data, reporting, and case tracking to ensure integrity and transparency
- Partner with internal stakeholders including People Partners, Payroll, and Legal to resolve issues and ensure alignment
- Contribute to global and regional rewards projects, including process improvements and program enhancements..

- Strong experience administering leave of absence and disability programs in the U.S. and Canada
- Solid knowledge of FMLA, U.S. state regulations, and Canadian leave frameworks
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive performance improvements
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders without formal authority
- Comfortable navigating sensitive situations with credibility and sound judgment
- Experience working in cross-functional, global environments is an advantage.

- Travel expectations: As per business needs, but limited.
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000*
