Role at a Glance The Channels Manager will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing initiatives with key partners, particularly within the Oracle NetSuite and SAP Business One ecosystems. The main goal is to strengthen relationships with these partners so they can promote and sell one of our solutions focused on the Mexican market, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and channel activities. This role focuses on executing pre-defined plans and programs, with room to suggest improvements and ideas that can increase the impact of existing initiatives. Core Responsibilities The following are the primary responsibilities for this role. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance. ● Implement and follow up on predefined plans and campaigns to activate partners within the Oracle NetSuite and SAP Business One ecosystems. ● Execute partner recruitment, training, and support actions to ensure strong performance in promoting our solutions. ● Maintain long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring consistent communication and addressing needs or escalations. ● Set up and execute marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including lead management, segmentation, and automation. ● Attend and represent the company at ERP-related industry events, trade shows, and conferences. ● Monitor and report on campaign and partner performance using KPIs and regular business reviews. ● Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in channel execution. ● Suggest improvements and optimizations to existing strategies based on direct partner interaction and feedback.
