  • Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.
  • Client-facing experience
  • Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Desirable
  • Experience with the Emplifi tool is a plus but not required.

Important Information About This Role Please note that this position requires working Wednesday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM . Due to the nature of the role and the event calendar, candidates should be comfortable working on public holidays. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions , requiring strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. While the role follows a fixed schedule, Monks offers flexibility when business priorities require attendance at events, meetings, or activations outside of regular working hours. In such cases, schedules can be adjusted accordingly to ensure a balanced workload.
