Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in sales engineering or pre-sales technical roles.
- 10+ years' experience with Rocket Software ETX.
- Subject matter expert on the secure virtual desktop infrastructure market including vendors, trends and key priorities of end users.
- Subject matter expert on ex Opentext Connectivity products including, Exceed, HostExplorer, NFS Maestro Solo, Client, Server and Gateway
- Technical expert on Linux, Unix & Windows operating systems.
- Good understanding of mainframe and as/400 environments and connectivity.
- Expert on containerisation, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience of REST API development
- Network security & encryption experience i.e. TLS, SSH, VPN, HTTPS, TN3270, SSL)
- Good knowledge of Authentication processes and solutions including SSO, MFA, EntraID and OKTA
- Scripting language experience such as Python, JS, C#.
