Responsibilities
- Project Management & Launch Coordination
- Project management of new customer launches, including scoping timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating deliverables, and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders.

- Configure and QA A/B tests, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling; flag issues and recommend optimizations.
- Troubleshoot campaign setup issues and provide clear, expert platform guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure all campaigns and program configurations comply with mobile messaging regulations and Vibes best practices.
- Document campaign processes, launch learnings, and customer-specific configurations for knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience & Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, campaign execution, digital marketing, CRM, or customer onboarding (internships and co-ops included).
- Demonstrated track record of effective project management and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail; able to catch errors before they reach customers and maintain accuracy under deadline.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; formal PM training or certifications a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading customer calls and presenting status updates to
- Experience building SMS, MMS, or email campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to grow into a Launch Manager role.

- The base salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
