Responsibilities
- Travel to metropolitan, regional, and remote customer sites, including interstate travel requiring flights and overnight stays
- Perform troubleshooting, servicing, repair, and preventative maintenance of X-ray and detection equipment

- Provide customer support both on-site and remotely, including being part of an on-call roster
- Maintain tools, equipment calibration, and a clean work environment
Requirements
- Certificate III Trade Qualification or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or IT disciplines
- 0-2 years of relevant technical or field service experience
- Valid provisional or full driver's license
- Ability to obtain required security clearances and industry licenses
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and support after-hours operations
- Prior experience in field service, maintenance, or repair environments
- Exposure to diagnostic tools, testing equipment, or industrial systems
- Experience working in high-security or compliance-driven environments
- Familiarity with safety standards and structured maintenance processe
