What You Can Expect ● Activity Planning: Contribute to the preparation of a 12-month activity calendar and support the 4Ps through detailed analysis. ● Market & Customer Insights: Advise on customer and channel understanding, co-create customer plans, and identify new market opportunities. ● Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team and Key Account Managers to turn selling stories into effective sales tools and execute contractual provisions. ● POSM & Activations: Lead the development, production, and distribution of POSM materials, and manage in-store consumer activations. ● Communication & Budget Management: Ensure proper communication with the Sales Team and trade partners, track trade-related spending, and manage document flow related to trade activities. What You Bring to the Table ● Experience in sales/trade marketing in FMCG, minimum 1 year. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations). ● Proven time & project management skills, including organizational skills, with attention to detail. ● Ability to cope with broad variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. ● Computer skills (MS Office applications/Google applications). ● Polish native and advanced English language (verbal and written). ● Education (min): Bachelor's degree.
