Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

About the role

Basic information Salary UP $4500 Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Location: Kaki Bukit Job scope Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets by reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis for MEP systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works. Track project expenditures, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost control and value engineering strategies to enhance profitability. Prepare tender submissions, assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and support procurement processes. Manage MEP contract administration, including variations, claims, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential cost and contractual risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures. Produce regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses to support project and management decisions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure all MEP works comply with relevant regulations, codes, standards, and quality requirements.
