Responsibilities

- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget constraints.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Apply industry knowledge to enhance clients' digital strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Process/Strategy
- Be our biddable media platform planning & activation specialist (eg Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/IG, TikTok)
- Improve the current workflow & optimization processes
- Work as both a leader and hands-on expert to assist junior team members with delivering results for clients.
- Team Management
- Plan, distribute and oversee the tasks of junior team members
- Support the training and any recruitment of team members; Monitor and appraise their work performance
- Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a Digital media role.
- Strong technical understanding of SEM, Programmatic and Social implementation. Preferably all 3 but minimally 2 out of the 3 (Social, SEM, Programmatic)
- Strong communicator possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once
- Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
