We're a Series B company backed by Reach Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and Primary, running a multi-million-dollar longitudinal study spanning K-12 and developing the psychometric engine behind it. We need engineers who are excited by that. We're hiring a hands-on full-stack engineer (React, Node.js, TypeScript) to help build and scale the platform: adaptive testing infrastructure, AI-powered scoring scoring and data pipelines, and the systems that maintain clinical rigor at scale. High autonomy, lightweight process, fast-paced. 8-10+ years, ideally with 0-to-1 or early-stage experience.
