Propel seeks passionate individuals committed to providing scholars with exceptional experiences to serve as Afterschool Classroom Leads at all of our schools. All positions are contingent on enrollment and need. The latest start date for this role will be October 1st, 2025. The interview process for this position will be conducted via pre-recorded video interviews The Classroom Lead will: Supervise and engage with scholars Maintain a culture of dignity where all staff and scholars are treated fairly and with respect Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner Ensure that all time is clocked in to UKG daily Ensure that all activities are carried out as scheduled with appropriate supervision Attend all required staff trainings and meetings Serve as a liaison with parents and regular day staff and administration Carry out other duties as assigned by the Director of Afterschool
