Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience in air import operations or customs declaration is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore Customs TradeNet declaration procedures is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Cargo Community Network (CCN), SATS cargo handling procedures, or freight forwarding operations will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities Prepare and submit Singapore Customs import declarations via TradeNet. Coordinate with cargo terminals (e.g. SATS and other air cargo terminals) for cargo release. Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, overseas agents, customers, and transport providers. Arrange cargo collection and monitor import shipment status. Verify shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and permits. Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and company procedures. Coordinate delivery schedules with the transport team. Resolve shipment discrepancies and customs-related issues promptly. Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely updates to customers.
