- Sales Administration & Operations Coordination
- End-to-End Pipeline Support: Manage the daily administrative sales pipeline, including drafting quotations and proposals, processing invoices, and maintaining updated client records.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure the seamless execution of both corporate deliveries and local retail marketing events.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly updates on sales order statuses and track the performance of ongoing retail promotional campaigns.
