Responsibilities
- Remove and replace commercial heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, and rooftop package units.
- Install modern systems such as Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) equipment, along with advanced building controls.
- Run low-voltage control wiring and complete rough-in work.
- Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation as needed.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
- Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer documentation.
- Physical capability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.
- Solid troubleshooting instincts when installation challenges arise.
- EPA Universal certification required.
- OSHA 10 required.
