Functional Tester/Analyst On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Functional Tester/Analyst for a contract opportunity in Seattle, WA. Functional Tester/Analyst Job Details Guide and lead efforts to research and perform analysis of complex processes, applications, systems and data to understand and document functional requirements for applications or systems design. Be the prime contact to work with business representatives and technical teams to clarify and refine requirements. Interprets and translates requirements into functional and technical specifications, standards and processes. Develop and execute tests to validate system and application functionality. Document, validate and research problems and issues. Perform automated testing. Create and publish end user training. Assist and mentor junior members of the technical team. Functional Tester/Analyst Mandatory Skills Strong technical skills with experience in requirement/use-case gathering and documentation Strong background in testing and automated test development 9+ years of experience in software engineering as a functional / business analyst Knowledge of data, system and application modeling techniques Knowledge of Relational Database models, Structured Query Language (SQL) and database concepts Working knowledge of Agile Software Development Lifecycle practices Able to manage detail consistently and with high-quality results Ability to partner with other IT and business resources to resolve technical issues Functional Tester/Analyst Start Date ASAP Functional Tester/Analyst Assignment Length 10+ months All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
