ERPA is seeking a resourceful, responsive, and detailed oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist who will organize, coordinate, and support human resource projects and daily processes. In this role, the HR Generalist will work with the VP Human Resources to fulfill a variety of HR tasks including onboarding, recruiting, records management, immigration support, benefit support, and SOP documentation. This role works out of our Dublin, Ohio office. This position will require the use of the companies HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, so strong computer and organizational skills are necessary. Noting the above, a successful HR Generalist at ERPA must be detail-oriented, flexible, personable, have strong technical skill, and an acute knowledge of HR laws and operational protocols. Apply for this role today at: www.erpa.com ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Completes daily support requests from co-workers. Assists with recruitment and onboarding of new associates for the practice that this role supports. Creates job requisitions, job profiles, position set-up, and post open roles on internal and external job sites. Completes onboarding protocols, initiates background checks, drug testing, i-9 and E-verify processes. Hosts new joiner orientation meetings; reviews ERPA history, culture, benefits, and more. Tracks, monitors, completes system updates, and files immigration documents. Maintains electronic employment files in accordance with the operational protocols. Assists employees with payroll related questions as needed. Helps drive engagement initiatives and annual engagement surveys. Conducts stay and exit interviews. Performs work under general supervision; capable of handling extremely sensitive and confidential matters. Maintains department calendar for annual, semi-annual, monthly, and weekly HR service . Approves data change requests for co-workers. Coordinates with ERPA's benefit partner concerning benefits inquiries. Completely monthly audits as outlined.
