About the Role: Apna is looking for a Visual Designer who is both a strong brand thinker and a hands-on executor. You'll own the visual language of Apna across every touchpoint - from social and digital to campaigns and product collateral. You understand that great design isn't just aesthetics; it's consistency, intent, and communication. This role sits at the intersection of brand identity and visual craft. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure everything we put out looks and feels unmistakably Apna. What You'll do: Own and implement Apna's visual identity across all brand touchpoints - digital, print, social, and in-product Design campaign assets, social content, and marketing collateral with a consistent brand voice Translate brand guidelines into real-world executions - maintaining cohesion across typography, colour, iconography, and imagery Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to concept and produce visual storytelling that resonates with our audience Own print production across formats - brochures, standees, backdrops, hoardings - and handle end-to-end technical coordination with print vendors yourself, from bleeds and resolution to material specs Edit all types of video content (reels, promos, product videos, social campaigns) to complement your design work Create motion graphics and animated assets for social media reels, stories, product videos and campaign content Animate static design work into video content for digital and social platforms - Maintain and evolve the design system - ensuring all brand pillars speak consistently across every communication Apply AI-powered design tools to accelerate production and explore new creative directions What We're Looking For: 4-6 years of experience in visual/graphic design, with a strong portfolio showing brand work - Deep understanding of branding - how identity systems work, how brand pillars translate across channels, and why consistency builds trust Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and modern design tooling - Great understanding of video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) - Master of After Effects to animate your own design work into engaging content Ability to think in both static and motion - knowing when a design works better with movement and executing on it Fluency with AI design tools - Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Gemini, or similar - and genuine curiosity about how they're reshaping the craft Sharp typographic sensibility and understanding of current design trends without being a slave to them You treat feedback as part of the process, not the end of it - and your work gets better every round Nice To Have: Experience working on a SAAS/tech brand - understanding of vernacular communication contexts Exposure to brand identity projects You'll Thrive Here If: You obsess over the details others overlook - a misaligned logo, an off-brand font choice, an inconsistent colour hex You can zoom out to brand strategy and zoom in to pixel-level execution on the same day - You have opinions about design, can defend them, and know when to let go
