About the role
As Production Manager, you'll lead day- to- day manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring efficient delivery aligned to plan while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and quality. You'll be confident managing day- to- day production environments, with strong people leadership capability and the ability to coach and develop others. Your approach will be proactive and solutions- focused, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive outcomes in a fast- paced environment. Experience within a regulated environment, ideally aerospace, would be advantageous, including knowledge or awareness of CAA Part 21 and Part 145 requirements. You'll also be comfortable working with ERP/ MRP systems ( with Visual ERP experience beneficial) and have a solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement will set you apart in this role.
