Receptionist (Dental Clinic)

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk support, including welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries or feedback via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Manage and maintain office supplies, including dental products, stationery, equipment, and furniture.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and liaise with vendors or relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Process and submit dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals.
• Perform general administrative duties such as maintaining patient records, completing clinic forms, and filing reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist duties preferred.
• Candidates with front desk experience in the hotel or hospitality industry are highly preferred.
• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates without prior dental clinic experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Career returnees are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
• Working Hours:
• 5-day work week, 44 hours per week
• Weekdays: 8:30am to 6:30pm
• Weekends: 9:00am to 6:00pm
• The clinic is closed on Public Holidays
