Through telling it like it is, owning it now, and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent. - Support process improvement initiatives including improving service and cost effectiveness. - Maintain Security Operations portfolio of products it leverages to run the function are operational and health checked on an on-going basis in line with agreed KPI's. environment #REF! - Raising vendor support cases and seeing them through to resolution - Maintaining and updating a knowledgebase and SOP's - Provide daily and scheduled monitoring of security events. - investigate and remediate activities and communicate findings to Security Operations Tooling team - Ensure Security Operations controls are operated effectively in line with control landscape Train new team members following a training plan around the different processes. Share knowledge with other areas of the business as and when required. - Provide advice for the on boarding of new applications and maintenance of existing roles to ensure that they are correctly classified, tagged, and have appropriate security controls in place. Involvement in any SailPoint improvement work requiring input from the ICA team.
