Must possess at least a Degree in Design, Retail, Marketing or a related field Have a minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the sports retail industry Strong eye for visual presentation, styling, and detail Good understanding of retail KPIs and commercial VM principles Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to read and execute VM guidelines and planograms Knowledge of fashion/sports retail trends is an advantag Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment An OPPORTUNITY like this at Frasers Group is for the FEARLESS!
