Responsibilities
- Execute and Deliver a qualified and robust engineering product flawlessly.
- Lean calibration built to assure the seamless functional development execution.
- Support the Cal Review and maintain the Cal Base.
- Take lead about the subsystem functional training including the training material maintained.
- Support system team on SW improvement.
- Hot Trip/Altitude Trip/Cold Trip testing support.
- Technical Reports submitted and New Technology implemented.
- Create Customer's Value and Exceed Customer's expectations.
- Support to complete the change. implement CI.
- Finish the problem solving and focus on continue improvement.
- Comply with safety related regulations and rules; Complete all safety training; Participate in and be familiar with the company's emergency process; Achieve the company's safety KPI.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion Engine required, Master preferred.
- Experience/Special Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge about internal combustion engine including detailed understanding of each vehicle system component, especially the engine, transmission and emission control subsystem.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Willing to continuously learn new technologies.
- Excellent language skills in oral and written English.
- At least C class driver license.
