We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Fernandina Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while ensuring smooth daily office operations. Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email communications Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management Process basic financial transactions and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Operate standard office equipment including printers, copiers, and scanners Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects Prepare and format various business documents and reports High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Outstanding customer service skills Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work Experience with data entry and record keeping Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic bookkeeping knowledge Professional phone etiquette Strong filing and documentation management skills Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently Experience with office equipment operation Excellent benefits package, including 401k, holidays and paid time off Monthly bonus up to $150 Competitive Compensation Get to interact with a great team and support staff, and so much more!
