Responsibilities
- Sales Quotation & Proposal Support
- Prepare accurate, well-structured, and professionally formatted sales quotations based on customer requirements within SLA.
- Support Account Managers in assigned customer projects, including quotation follow-up, deployment insights, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support, Product) and external stakeholders (Partners, OEMs) to deliver outstanding customer experience.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of requests.
- Supplier & Vendor Liaison
- Source and obtain updated quotations from approved vendors.
- Maintain a current database of pricing, catalogues, materials, and product samples.
- Support internal reviews by comparing supplier options during costing and design development.
- Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience selling IT solutions in the channel required.
- Tertiary IT degree or Diploma preferable
- Relationship Building Skills

- Maturity - able to work with all levels within an organization
- Strong business acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ; Excel
